Hi, and thanks for stopping! My name is Mary Jane Fledderjohn. I am an ASHA certified and PA licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, having earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bloomsburg University of PA. Since graduating in 1995, I have worked full-time for the Capital Area Intermediate Unit (Enola, PA) in the Early Intervention (3-5 year old) department. My experience is varied in both settings (daycares/preschools, specialized settings, language group classes, etc.) and populations serviced. Primary populations include children who have autism, developmental delays, multiple disabilities, receptive language delays, expressive language delays, mixed receptive and expressive language delays, and articulation delays. Children with voice and fluency needs have been on my caseload, as well.
Currently, I reside in the Harrisburg area with my loving family, which consists of my husband, two sons, and two cats. Amongst various activities in my spare time, I enjoy finding and developing new activities and supports to use with clients. To that end, this website serves as a means of sharing such information with parents to support their child’s direct speech therapy services. This, of course, should not take the place of professional assessments and interventions. Parents, it is strongly recommended you discuss any information with your child’s SLP to determine its relevancy in supporting your child’s communication development.
Thank you Mary Jane, this is incredible!!!
